This is a blog about railways in Japan and around the world by an enthusiast.
Toden Arakawa Line (Tram/Streetcar in Tokyo)
Arakawa line is an interesting train between Wasada and Minowa bashi, northern part of Tokyo. It runs mainly residential and commercial area. There are nice shops, restaurants and temples, and not so businesslike district like the center. It is good place not only to railfans but also good for relaxed walking and strolling.
This is the old car once operated along Ginza Street. Some are displayed in Arakawa depot along the line.
